Aonang is the most well-known beach in Krabi. Most foreigners love to visit and spend their time with friends, family and partners.

International Krabi Airport is the only airport in Krabi. All inbound and outbound travellers need to arrive at this place. There is plenty of restaurant and transfer provided to comfort your journey.
Terms and Conditions
What should you realize before signing contract?
Each type of contract has its own terms and conditions. Please read the contracts carefully and follow the policy. To extend the stay, please inform us at least 2 months in advance.
To confirm, the clients requires to pay at least 3-month deposit in advance;
A) For the house guarantee of 20,000- 50,000 THB which will be returned upon check-out (Refundable)
B) For the 1st month rent (non-refundable)
C) For the Final month rent (non-refundable).
The rent could be paid on the 1st date of each month. The electric and water bills are excluded, please pay every 15th date of each month. The pool cleaning is provided which costs 2,000 THB per month (cleaning once a week). Cleaning services are included (3-4 times per month). An additional cleaning is provided for 500-1,000 THB per time.
Remark: This price is non-refundable, early check-out would be charged 100%.
